It all started at my very first wedding…
I was shooting along one of the greats, India Earl. To this day, I still consider her to be one of my biggest inspirations in photography. I shot the video while she did the pictures. I was able to see how she worked, how she interacted with clients, and overall how to act professional but also engaged with the clients on a personal level. This gave me the much needed guidance for how I was going to run my business.
Starting your own business is a very hard thing to do. There are so many questions you have. What gear should I use? Am I using the right aperture? What happens if my camera fails? The list of questions is endless. I remember being in the same position and not knowing a single thing. But I would like to share the knowledge with you.
A mentoring session consists of the following:
A shoot with me. You will be there right in the action. Shooting side by side with yours truly.
An editing session. See how I edit my photos or videos. Questions welcomed.
A Q & A with me. Come with any and all questions. Marketing, instagram, website building, portfolio management, presets, posing… anything, you name it!
